Great boots. I am not a cowboy, but I live in Nashville. My wife has been telling me get some boots for quite a while. She showed me these. I liked them because they weren't too country, with the square toes and all. Leather looks great. Beware: I would highly recommend ordering 1/2 to 1 full size SMALLER. I normally wear a size 9 and 1/2 or 10. I ordered the 9 and 1/2, and had to send them back for a 9. Online shoes performed this task with no hassles. Great service!

I bought these boots to ride in and i love them, i wish my jeans would fit around the top of the boot when i don't wear my chaps but they fit well with the chap. Chaps fit snug around the boot upper, eliminating chap flap, allowing no air flow or water to blow up your leg, very stable on wet pavement as well. Over all i am very pleased with the performance and comfort of these boots.

On behalf of my Sig. Other who neither shops online nor reviews --- he likes the Ariat Terrain a lot. However, he discovered that the waterproof version fits a bit bigger - wider - than the non-waterproof one.. I suspect he could have gone a 1/2 size smaller, and still have had enough length and a snugger fit. BUT otherwise this is a great product - no break-in, lots of support,but still comfortable no pressure spots on toes, an all day boot for any guy who works outside a lot - or who is in and out, and needs something supportive, not clunky.

I bought these boots for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves them! He owns one other pair of Ariat boots and said that they only difference between the two pairs is the height of the heel on this boot. Since his others ones have a lower heel, when he first put these boots on, it took a bit to get used to the different heel. Other than that...no complaints!

This is my 2nd pair.
