Strap feels much softer than my first pair of Chacos (now made in China as opposed to Colorado) but I like them even better.

Zong Ecotread Review:
Love the look. Uncomfortable around big toe.
Just about the best shoe for just about any occasi
Z/1® Yampa Review:
I use these quite a bit. Easy to put on and take off. Extremely comfortable and easy to adjust. Upon my first couple times wearing them, I didn't think I would like that they didn't have the toe support because I have another pair with the toe support (for 2 years now) and got used to them. So, these felt strange at first - they felt like my fet weren't secure at the top, but they are. It was just because of what I was used to. But, now I like the idea that I don't have to fit my toe in a separate strap which makes them easier and faster to get on and off.

About Chaco

Chaco was launched in 1989 by Mark Paigen. Paigen, a fly fishing and whitewater rafting guide on the Colorado River, began making sport sandals for his fellow guides. Eventually, he started making the unique sandals for clients, and the demand for Chacos continued to grow. In 2008, Chaco was acquired by Wolverine World Wide, Inc.

Chaco sandals incorporate a pull-through strap system that is micro-adjustable for the perfect fit and designed to help keep the foot in place during wear.

All Chaco sandals have BioCentric™ footbeds, which are approved by the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA). These footbeds control pronation, maximize performance and ensure a comfortable, supported stride in any activity.

Today, Chaco shoes (affectionately called "Chacos" by those who wear and love them) continue to heed the call of river guides, climbers and hikers with Chaco multi-sport shoes, sandals and flips. Explore the complete collection of styles, including women's Chaco and men's Chaco.
