Liked my first pair, second pair not so much.

I bought a pair of these about 3 years ago and loved them. When they started wearing out finally I bought another about 5 or 6 months ago. Had a hard time getting the new ones on, the top of the shaft is smaller. Thought it might stretch out in time but they didn't. Is that a design change in the boot or did I just get a bad pair? After wearing them for 3 months they started hurting my heel. I am now back to wearing my old pair. I need to get a new before pair before winter. I'd buy this boot again if I knew for sure they would fit like my first pair. p.s. 1 star for second pair, 5 for the first.

Seam placement is terrible

I've been wearing these boots for three days now hoping they would have been broke in by now but i just can't wear them anymore. The seam placement at the ankles are pressing in and rubbing under my ankles. I've had blood on my socks for three days. Not to mention there is little to no padding for the soles. I'm a scaffold builder so i am on my feet 99% of the day and these are by far some of the worst boots I've ever purchased.

Long lasting comfort!

I purchased these in the spring of 2008. August 2019, and still going strong. Soles are wearing out but still comfortable.

One tough boot.

I'm in Underground Utility Installation and have NEVER had a boot last more than 3 months until these. Purchased in 3/2016 and they're finally worn out. Will buy again

I purchased these boots two months ago and they are already worn out, the heel stitching failed as well as the sole is separating. I have had Walmart boots that have lasted longer.
