I love these boots.i'm 5'4 and most boots are too tall..these are perfect..the calf is more narrow and fits my skinny legs with jeans and leggings...they are well made inside and out and easy to get into....this is a good looking casual boot ...I really like the leather not being shiny..I would have liked more arch support, but putting in an insert solved that problem...they were a little higher than I had wanted to pay for a casual boot! But it fits so well and the quality makes it worth it...great service as usual and they arrived within a few days....

This is the fourth pair of this style boot that I have bought. They are without a doubt the most comfortable boot I have ever owned. Also, they are very stylish, and I am always getting compliments on them. My only complaint about the black pair is that I do not care for the light brown stitching. Other than that, they are great! I wish they would bring back the original color..testimoro [something like that]..it was the best.

Very comfortable, even when brand new. Needs no breaking in. Had a cast on my foot which rubbed a sore on the edge of my foot, and these were the only shoes I found that didn't irritate and press on that sore, as there's no side seam. Also, I like the broader toe,--plenty of "wiggle" room. It doesn't slip in the heel. However it could use more cushioning, especially when walking on hard surfaces. (cobblestones would be a challenge). I use a small insert made by Tacco which helps.
