Established in 2004 in the United Kingdom, the Cushe™ (pronounced "cushy") brand of footwear was the brainchild of a group of footwear designers and enthusiasts as a response to the handful of huge, ubiquitous lifestyle footwear brands that dominate the global marketplace.

Men's and women's Cushe styles are divided into three distinct collections, each with its own identity and inspiration.

Coastal Supremacy is a collection that is inspired by board sports, surf, skate and coastal living. The most innovative among Cushe shoe lines, Coastal Supremacy designs focus on new, quick-drying materials and the use of natural components that take you from beach to dock with ease.

Inspired by the outdoors and adventure travel, the Universal Traveller collection is both rugged and hard-wearing as well as fashionable. It is designed for après-sports and in-transit, utilizing rich, full grain leathers, grippy traction outsoles, and protective toe bumpers.

The appropriately named Urban Safari collection is geared toward everyday city wear. Reliable comfort is matched by the latest manufacturing techniques and designs that range from vintage-inspired to edgy and modern, offered in durable, high-quality materials.

Now under the umbrella of the respected Wolverine family of footwear, the brand has not lost sight of its goals of providing lasting quality and comfort while offering unique styles and paying particular attention to specialized details—both those you can see and those you cannot—that set Cushe shoes, boots and sandals apart from the pack. The Cushe HemHolster™, a clip-like feature at a shoe's back, allows the wearer to tuck in long, baggy jeans to reduce drag and tearing. Featured on some winter footwear, the Kickback is a small kick plate above the heel allowing the wearer to easily remove the shoe or boot without getting hands dirty.
