This is my first time buying Born shoes. I was looking for something comfortable for work. I walk or stand for 6+ hours at a stretch. In the past, I've purchased Keen and Clarks and they were great. This time, I wanted something more office-attire but still stylish. I've had this shoe for just 2 days. So far, fit is on the mark. Very comfortable shoe with a trendy, casual, office look. Often, a shoe looks great online, but less so when it arrives. In this case, I got what I expected. A good-looking, true-fit, comfortable shoe.

I'm really not that into shoes. I buy shoes once or twice a year out of necessity mostly. But in this case, I LOVE these shoes! This is my first time buying Born shoes. I was looking for something comfortable to kick back at home and stroll around New England this summer. In the past, I've purchased Keen and Clarks and they were great. This time, I wanted something markedly different but not flash-in-the-pan trendy. The only loafer styles I've owned are traditional, hard, office-friendly shoes. They last forever and you can hear them as you clunk down the hall. I've seen Merrill mocs which are popular but the style didn't appeal to me. These Danes are completely NOT either of those shoes. They are very comfortable, casual and stylish. No compromise there. They go on easily. The style and the weight feel light. And they look better in person than they do online. A rare thing to me. I've had these shoes for 2 days. They were awesome from the moment I put them on. I hope they last a good long while.
