Vasque's Blur trail running shoe joined the ranks of Outside Online's Gear of the Year for 2006. Dual density EVA makes up a cushioned insole for supreme shock reduction. Nylon lining meets the foot with soft and breathable comfort. Unique Keystone Control System stabilizes the midfoot, bringing adequate control for the over pronator. Ultra-light synthetic and mesh upper allows you to maintain an ideal outdoor pace.

I use this for trail running only, a solid feel and good tread for gripping trails, I don't have any thing I am not satisfied with other than I originally thought they might be too heavy, but they feel lighter on your feet.

Bought these because I wear a pair of Vasque hikers that I love. I thought this shoe would be a good addition to my limited collection of "off-road" walking, running, & hiking shoes. I was very satisfied with this product. They are comfortable, light weight, and I love the unique color. There's plenty of room to swap the inner sole for a firmer insert. (I like a more supportive shoe.) I haven't worn them for long, but I'm assuming they are duarble.

I used these for trail running and hiking, even backpack, since they don't cause blister and have great traction. They wear out quickly if worn on pavement or lava rock.

Great shoes - I love them for running and general gym stuff. I may buy an insert to add a little arch support. They were not very comfortable for kickboxing clas (not enough foot stablization), but that's not really their intended use, anyway.
