I wanted a go-to winter boots that were stylish & comfortable. I like Uggs boots but I think they lacked foot support or comfortable enough for someone with pf. I was searching for chocolate brown boots but I quickly gave up my search when I saw these Timberland Tobacco color boots. It's not cold enough yet to say anything about all day comfort; Inside the boot it says 'with anti fatigue' & it seems to have little to no arch support but it's still comfortable. There is no binding around the ankle like some boots. For size, I usually wear a 37 in the Dansko shoe brand, but these Timberlands, I wear wear a 38 (size 7). As for width, these are a snug medium (I'm usually a medium width), I think I'll be wearing thin socks with these.

I bought these boots for the winter months, since our winters are so unpredictable. I loved the look and style of the boots. After getting and wearing them. They were very comfortable. I was able to wear them in the rain, snow, and through a puddle of water to see if they were, durable, warm, and comfortable.... and they were. I felt nothing but the warm fur inside the boots. I have yet to wear any thick socks with them either. I would say they are true to size, and I due have a average size width. Whenever I wear them, i recieve nice compliments everytime.

I love these boots! I live in New England and we just got six plus inches of snow. I have a normal width foot and feel they fit true to size. I haven't tried them with thick socks but I haven't needed them because these boots are so warm. I have been in the snow making snow angles and playing with a toddler, cutting down a Christmas tree and running errands my feet have been comfortable and dry. My only complaint is the tip of the toe, I have nicked the toes knocking snow off but I am sure I fix that with some shoe polish. These boots look great with my snow pants and jeans. I would buy these again.

In prepping for a New England winter, I bought these boots for everyday wear and to walk to work especially if it snows. I was very impressed because the brown is a really elegant congac color and the faux fur seems warm. I really wanted to like these boots as I have serached high and low for a nice durable boot. Open receving I've discovered the boot is not fully waterproof as there is a gap btwn the tounge of the shoe and the sides, like any normal shoe would have. However, I want to be able to have warm dry feet after I traps through some snow. If you really want these boots I recommend sizing up a half of a size, especially if you are going to be wearing a thick winter sock. I do not consider my foot to be wide at all, but I'm returning these shoes for two reasons- because they are too narrow to be comfortable and I have discovered I need my boot to be 100% completely waterproof. I wanted to love you Timberland!!

Although my feet are NOT wide, these are very narrow and there is a seam that literally rubbed my ankle raw - and my feet got wet in 2" of snow. Overall I was very disappointed - although they are EXTREMELY CUTE!
