I love these shoes! I suffer from several foot issues and need a supportive shoe. You know that some shoes that cover those issue are also not very attractive. This shoe is very comfortable. They are good at arch support and hit my foot exactly right. I never bought this brand before but I will try another pair because these are so great. Plus, I love the lace!

Back on my feet again!

I am an old nurse so I am on my feet all day and have been for 22 years. In addition, in my younger years, I was a professional dancer so I have suffered all sorts of foot damage, including ligament & tendon damage, breaks to my feet and ankles, etc. on top of that, a year and a half ago, I feel down my basement steps and guess what?? Yes, more foot damage and now I'm in my 50s. Oh, yes and I can't forget my cavas feet which means extremely high arches. I have orthotics (full & 1/2) for my pitiful feet and up until the aforementioned fall, I used to jog 3 miles 3-4 miles per week. With all of the above said, I have been looking for a pair of shoes that I could walk around in without pain that now exists in my back, legs, pelvis (because my foot pain has thrown my whole body out of kilter) not to mention my feet. I found somewhat comfortable shoes that provide support, but they are too darned heavy after a short period or lighter shoes without any support that even my orthotics don't make comfortable. When I put on these TheraFit brand shoes, it was like stepping into heaven. Even without any orthotics there is good arch support. I do use my 1/2 orthotics and the shoes easily accommodate. I like that you can adjust the heel!! Although, I like all three heel supports in, I could see how some folks would like to personalize the heel for fasciitis (something I do not have - yet). Today I was on my feet @ work for 8 hrs, stopped at two stores on the way home and my feet did not hurt at all!! This is a FIRST! I feel like I actually may be able to run again. I have been recommending these TheraFit brand shoes to everyone!! I've bought a pair of cute sTheraFit sandals (I never thought I could wear any other cute sandals that weren't FinnComfort brand) -- time for a pedi -- another identical pair that I wore today so I'm prepared when these wear out AND a cute backless pair. I'm getting a lot of compliments on them, too (without fishing). I apologize for the lack of brevity in these comments, but I just had to stress how great these shoes are to wear. I typically don't write reviews but I had to for tis product. I hope this review helps.

I have to send these back. They fit width-wise right now, but once I get past 6 hours of work, they will start swelling and that will cause pain and more swelling up my leg. My width is just under a C width. I think these shoes are really adorable. The soles felt very comfortable. I have pf, but I cannot say if they work for that problem. I am 7/7.5 and they fit fine lengthwise (ordered a 7.5). These shoes on the therafit website are supposed to be helpful to pf. I really am sad to return them. The comfort level was good and they are really adorable looking shoes. I hope they do the (black lace) pattern in a wider width. I see they are slowly making wider widths.

I have very bad feet and and am older.I can only wear lace up shoes with toes covered. I still like to wear casual dresses or long skirts. These might go well for this
