This is the third set of Superfeet 3/4 inserts for my shoes. I don't even know I have them in my shoes and they prevent my tendancy to pronate which helps my knees and hips. They also make my shoes fit better for my very narrow feet. They seem to last forever. I have had no negative issues with these.

Not as Supportive as Green Superfeet

I have worn Superfeet insoles in nearly every pair of shoes I own for the past five years. I can't imagine not having Superfeet; they have helped relieve and prevent many foot problems. I have always used the green insoles, and thought I would try the berry since it was designed to have more forefoot cushioning. The berry certainly does have more cushioning in the forefoot, but it lacks the firmer arch and heel support that the "green" insoles have. I will be exchanging the "berry" insoles for the "tried and true" green Superfeet. The berry may be a great choice for you if you can not "tolerate" the sturdiness of the green Superfeet.

I have had bunyons removed on both feet and a broken ankle fixed using metal - no real pain to speak of day-to-day, just aching feet. My bunyons had begun to reform 5 years post-surgery, so these were recommended to me by a Physical Therapist who used to work in orthotics. They give me a spring in my step and I end the day with energy now. Highly recommend!

I use arch supports no matter what kind of shoes I have. I have the latest super feet, and at first I was concerned becuase they were rock hard and I thought "Oh, great. These will be fun to break in." I put them in my work shoes and never looked back. No breaking in, and I do not even notice that I have the once perceived "rock hard plastic" in my shoes. I will be buying more shortly so that I do not have to share the one pair with all my work shoes.
