This brand always runs a 1/2 size small when ordering narrow and fit much more snug than other brands narrow size. I wore out my last pair of medium-high heel SoftWalk sandals after 5 years with miles of walking at a time, wearing them 3-4 days per week in summers only. They wore great and were more comfortable than any other sandals with similar height heels I have ever owned.

I reallly liked the way this shoe looked and I LOVE this brand for being so comfy! I own several shoes from Softwalk already and they have always fit perfectly. But this shoe was at least 2 sizes too small OR it was mis-sized on the carton/shoe. what a shame since I was really looking forward to using it over the holidays!

These shoes are very narrow. The wide width fit just fine in my regular size, but I've never had to wear a wide shoe before. Very comfortable after getting the wider width.

I bought this shoe in black and bronze, same size. They are COMPLETELY different fits. I exchanged the black pair, and again, the second black pair I received fit totally different than the bronze. I had to go up 2 sizes for the black to finally fit!
