I have a wide foot and lots of pain issues. I have never ordered online, but I needed a dressy shoe and the only wide shoes in the store are for my Great-Grandma. These fit perfectly, and for a heel are very comfortable. I haven't worn them to the event yet so I don't know how many hours or how much dancing I can do but I think they will keep me happy for hours. :D

For being 3 inch heels they are actually really comfortable. The only bad thing is I got them in a wide width and they are not as wide as some of the other Sofft brand shoes. Also the area above the toes, where they met on the sides right above the bow, it rubs into the bones on the sides of my foot, but the shoe strecher should fix this, after wearing it around the house for about 20 mins the leather did strech to be more comfortable. I wear a 6.5 in Sofft's brand 2 inch heels, and this one feels a little big, not quite a half size bigger, maybe like a quarter inch bigger, my foot doesn't slip out all the time, only some of the time. so I plan on getting those inserts for the heel part of the shoe just to make sure its a snug fit.

I also got this in the burgendy color and I love it! Its actually my wedding colors so I plan on using this for my wedding day shoes instead of getting a pair of white shoes that I will only wear once.

I exchanged for a half size smaller than I normally wear, and they fit great. They do stretch after wear since they are leather. Toe box felt narrow when first put on, but after wearing around the house for a bit, they stretched out perfectly. Cute and comfortable!

I ordered this shoe in wide, since friends have said it runs narrow,but my feet still felt pinched in them.They might be ok for someone with very narrow feet. Also, there didn't seem to be "enough " shoe to cover the side of your feet.Nice looking shoe,but I was disappointed in the fit. Had to return them.

This shoe was a delightful addition to my feet! When they say sofft, they mean it. I have to walk about a mile daily between my office and my client's office, without fail, these shoes do the trick. I'm pleased with the purchase and will be buying sofft again!
