Sporty but Spiffy

I had a Sherpani Flora Major for years that I loved -- it was huge and fit everything! I wanted something a little more stylish, though, and so I tried some other bags for a year or so ... but nothing fit the bill, so I came back to Sherpani. This time I decided to try the Verve, and while it's not as big as the Flora Major, it's big enough for most days and looks good (I got it in black). I love the two side pockets and the little zip pocket on the flap. The closure is a little fidgety sometimes and the strap is prone to twist itself around in the buckle. It would be nice to have a little padding on the bottom for a laptop -- as it is, I have to be sure to set it down very carefully. However, having strayed from the fold and played the messenger bag field a bit, I'm glad I came back to Sherpani!

Bottom line:: YES, I would recommend this to a friend
