These are my absolute favorite. Why is Rockport taking such a fabulous product and getting rid of it??? If you can find any more stock of this shoe, please get it. I searched everywhere for these, and OnlineShoes was the only one with my size left. Hooray for your company!

Rockport:best use of a cow since Warhol!

My husband Patrick bought me my first pair of Rockport (He's a Rockport believer from way back!) when I complained that my feet ached. Now, I tromp over our land to tend the trees and play with Leon, Scout and Stella, the dogs. Then I work in my eclectic flower fields. When I'm done I quickly hose off my mud-caked Rockports, hit them with a towel and they are ready to take me in comfort to the Celtics vs. the Kings (the Celtics won!) and back home again to do it all again the next day. Comfort and support all in one

I needed a sturdy, comfortable, and good looking shoe for travel in Europe. This shoe was perfect. No sore feet and legs after hours of walking and standing while touring in Italy. Also stylish enough to wear with nice slacks for dinner.

Not like the other Rockport Pro Walkers

I loved this shoe from 'Rockport' for over 12 years and had purchased more than 5 pairs of this same style shoe. However, their company must be making many shortcuts in making this shoe because it is nothing like the original except from a glance. The leather uppers feel more like vinyl and the cushion or thickness of the shoe is not the same...too sparse. I don't feel the comfort of this shoe like I did in their earlier ones. I am really sad about this because I always counted on this styled shoe for stability and now I have to compromise in a big way. I would have returned but wore them outside for awhile.

Bottom line:: NO, I would not recommend this to a friend

great shoes

I am handicapped and wear a brace.My lefy shoe has to be built up. These are one of the only shoes I can purchase other than what the brace shop carries that are stable enough for me. I wear them every day and one pair usually last two years or longer.
