I work in a casual business environment & this is a cute flat for work days. The pear color is great, fun but not too bright. I also like the little reflective detailing on the toe and heal.
I am disappointed that the shoe does not have the arch support I was looking for. It is a comfortable shoe but not a good fit for me for heaving walking days.
I would definitely try Privo again in the future, I have other Clark brand shoes & have always been pleased with the quality, comfort & fit.

Service & Delivery comments:

As usual, prompt delivery. I had to reorder this shoe after I purchased the same style in a different color but the wrong size. Online Shoes always has great customer service.

I bought these shoes for summer work footwear, as I work in a hospital that now has a closed-toe shoe policy. I also used them for vacation and found they're wonderfully versatile at the beach or working w/patients. The heel is a bit loose, so I had to order 1/2-size smaller so my foot would not slide out of heel, which caused a bit of pinching around the ball of my foot. But w/the adjustable strap, it's completely workable. I'm on my feet all day, and find these quite comfortable. Also, I constantly get compliments on them (bought them in pear, which is a very pretty color)!

I bought these for a European trip and find that the heel is too wide for my foot. I am going to get some heel 'thingees' to put in the shoes so they won't be so loose on me. I really like the shoes....very comfortable as a whole and look terrific.

I tried this shoe in 2 sizes, and neither worked- WAY too wide. The back flopped with every step, and even trying them out around the house I could tell I'd get a chafing blister on my heel. I thought they were very cute, but just not for my feet.

Having had foot surgery in the past, comfortable shoes with good support are a necessity for me. Finding shoes that fulfill these requirements is not always an easy task. However, Privo's Acacia are very comfortable and are wearing very well. I even bought a second pair in a different color I was so pleased with them. Recently I went to a conference and my ample friend tried them out, attracted by the design. She was very impressed with the support and comfort they afforded and ordered online the next day. One thing I do not understand however is why they call them "Acacia" which refers to a rather gnarly tree. Go figure!

This is the first time I ordered Privo. I was looking for shoes to wear for grocery shopping, daily errands, etc without putting on my rubber shoes. I have few feet problems and comfort is my priority before style. Normally I order size 5-1/2 wide but Acacia does not come in medium only. Based on other people's review, I ordered 5-1/2 medium which is also fine because the garters running across the top will prevent my feet to slip out from the shoes. I love the style, just too flat for my feet otherwise, I'm happy with it especially with the price I paid for, was on sale, worth the price.
