Great bag with some room for improvement

Overall, it's a great bag. I've been using this bag daily since I got it and it's very roomy. I bought this bag with the immediate use as a daily commuter bag, and eventual purpose of using it as a day bag during travel. The bag is made of more stylish looking material than the last iteration of the City Safe bags, however, the strap is too smooth. When using it at shoulder bag length, the strap continuously falls off my shoulder, and when using it cross-body it slides around. Would have been great if they put some grip on the underside of the strap. Also, they only give you 3 length options: the longest is a bit too long, the middle one is a tad too short for comfort. I wish they would have left the same kind of strap as the 100/200 bags where you can adjust to your liking.
