I have used this shoe for several years. I had trouble with the tie shoes becoming untied. The velcro strap is a God send. The shoe is comfortable for my daily two mile walk and will last at least 6 to 8 months. I tend to walk any shoe to the side and this shoe will last as long or longer then most.

I like New Balance in general, however this shoe was not wide enough and I was prepared for that when they were ordered.

So I can't really comment on how good or bad the shoe wears or feels.
