When I received the product. I tried them on and truly did not like the look or feel of the shoe;so I returned it to you. I will say I loved the pair of Rockports I ordered from you.Before I ordered these. I believe they are a mule with a buckle decoration on top. One of the most comfortable shoes I have wore in a long time. I returned to your website looking to see if I could find another pair of the shoes;but could not.

Your service was exellent. Product arrived in good condition and ahead of schedule. Customer service was very helpful with how to get the return label for Fedex.

While these shoes are not the most stylish, they are super comfortable and can be worn most anywhere. I've worn them both for very casual situations (e.g., dog park) and a business environment - very versatile. My only complaint (sorry if this is TMI) is that my feet tend to have an odor after wearing them all day.

I disliked the insole that came with this shoe. I wear trouser socks and even with them it made the shoe feel too tight, so I changed the insole out with one of my other Merrell shoes and now it is perfect.

I have had plantar fascitis for 4 years and have bought a lot of shoes in an effort to find a comfortable one. I am on my feet almost all day either at my retail job or while I am doing my volunteer work. I can wear these with my orthotics and they look great with jeans as well as dress pants. I am amazed at the comfort. I had purchased these in black a year ago and just received a pair in brown. Finally I have good looking shoes that don't hurt my feet.

This is a beautiful, tailored shoe that looks good with jeans and with nice trousers. My inital concern that it slipped in the heel has been overcome with several wearings --- guess it just took awhile to get used to the feel of the shoe. I plan on wearing this shoe on an upcoming trip that will involve alot of walking tours. It will serve a dual purpose since I also need a shoe that I can wear with nice slacks and tops.
