I own several Merrell Mocs. They are comfy and work nice with my orthotics. I wore out my first pair, and wanted a set for work. I like the nubuck as it does not scuff like leather, and is not as fuzzy as suede - thus is more professional looking and stays that way. This one is nice as it is lighter than Merrell's other mocs. So though one could wear it for like hiking, I think it is better as an everyday type shoe.

I wear merrells everyday. The quality, comfort, and style cannot be beat. I'm on my feet all day everyday and since I switched to wearing merrells I have had no sore achy feet at the end of the day.

I have serious feet problems and most shoes hurt my feet if I were them for more than a few days, well not these shoes! I were these shoes everyday everywhere, I also work in Chicago so I do a lot of city walking. My feet never hurt by the end of the day. This is my second pair of shoes I have bought. I love my Merrell Encore Mocs!
