Traveled to 5 countries with these shoes using them for everything from heavy duty walking, to casual nights out on the town. They were comfortable with or without socks, looked good with shorts or a mid-calf skirt, and held up perfectly in a rain storm! They have been through plenty of wear and still look new.

I now own three pair of Encore MJ by Merrell and will consider buying more colors. They have the right amount of arch support that I don't have to use my inserts. I wore my first pair all last summer and I'm wearing them as slippers during the winter.

I only picked comfort driven because it wouldn't let me pick both! I love these shoes and have them in 3 colors with more on the way. I have RA and the toe box is nice and roomy. I can wear these without feeling like I need to rip them off after just one hour. I even square dance in them.

The red will go great with jeans, and my orthordics fit in it so well.
I am on my feet a lot at work, part-time. I love to travel and it should be easy to take off at airports for security check in and yet stay of your foot for safety.

work wear- so I wanted a comfortable unassuming quiet shoe. They also have excellent traction acrosss the icy parking lot. I really am not aware of them as a shoe per se- as they conform so well to my foot. These shoes are warm, which is great now- but was a down side when I originally purchased them for summer work (standing behind a desk) wear. They also clean easily if I spill stuff on them. I now have two pairs.
