I bought two pairs of the Encore Breeze; one a half size larger to wear with mid-weight socks, and one in my true size to wear with bare feet. They are both just what I need. The arch support is especially good, and I can even interchange my own supports for the the ones that came in the shoes.

I'm on my feet 12 hrs per day & these shoes are comfortable & supportive. My only complaint is the shoes are advertised as GREY but they really have a bright green underlay & trim that is not attractive. I exchanged them for another color very easily.
