I've tried to use these shoes for dressy situations and have had to take them off and switch to back-ups early on. The leather is really nice and the style is great, but the comfort level is sacraficed. The foot bed has little or no padding to it. Compared to the "N5" type footbed that Naturalizer has, this shoe falls short. It is what I consider an expensive buy - $!44 or so. I thought that I'd be able to experience a European shoe that I could wear all night without having to sacrafice comfort. In addition to the footbed issue, the leather - which looks really nice on the outside - is rather rough on the inside. I got a blister on one of my toes while wearing nylons with this shoe. So, all of that being said, I'm keeping the shoe and trying to find inserts and another type of foot covering for all of the comfort issues. Wish this was more positive because I really like the look of this shoe.
