LOVE THESE BOOTS!

I am a female with narrow feet. Finding a pair of hiking boots that fit had been an ordeal for decades - until I found the Lowa Renegade GTX. They are snug, lightweight, and cushioned - no more feet sloshing all around in the boot and my toes hitting the front of the boot going downhill. The boots lack good arch support but this is easily remedied by removing Lowa's insoles and slipping in a pair of Superfeet insoles. I hike literally every day on rocky, dusty trails and they hold up well. Please keep making these boots for narrow feet! I will be a lifelong customer.

I am a volunteer naturalist at our local nature center. So far these boots work well for me in rough terrain. Love them. Very comfortable and bonus great motor cycle boots.

I researched hiking boots before purchasing these. Lowa Renegade GTX consistently received the highest rating, so I ordered them. So far, they live up to all the great reviews! And they come in narrow, which is awesome. I bought them for a trip out west to Zion and can't wait to use them in the terrain there! I've been wearing them on my walks and they were comfortable with no break in period. I added my own high-arch support insoles for extra support.

Worn them around the house for a couple of days, just in case I needed to send them back. The first time I wore them, I laced them up too tight and they were not comfortable. Then I figured out, if I only laced it up to the next to the top hole, it was not only comfortable, but it still gave me good ankle support. Finally wore them for a 3 hour hike, up the side of a mesa. No trail and terrain was fairly rugged in some places. They felt like gloves on my feet!! The only down side if I have to mention one is they were quite warm. The temp was in the 60's and my feet were a little toasty. So I don't know how they are going to do if the temp gets up in the 80's while hiking. I'll need to make sure I'm wearing thinner socks, which could have been the problem.
