Great shoe

I use this shoe for both work and everyday wear. I love the shoe, however, because it seems to run slightly narrow the seam stitching on both sides of the foot have ripped open within approximately a years time which is disappointing because the rest of the shoe is good and because they are not cheap. It would be a perfect shoe if it came in wide. The other reason I like the shoe is that it makes my foot appear small! I wear a size 9.

Keen has done it once again! I can't say enough about how comfortable the Keen Briggs are! Plenty of room in the toe box, comfort like you would not believe and very stylish. I have several pairs of different Keen's (which I all love) but the Briggs has got to be my all time favorite. I can wear them to work, all day shopping trips or I can go hiking wearing them. I love the waterproof feature! No "break in" period. Two thumbs up!

My second pair of Keens. I love the metatomical footbed! Great arch support. I wear them all day and walk everywhere. No sore feet but they do get hot on warm summer days.

This lightweight leather shoe is comfortable. I use a padded orthotic to made them softer to walk on but these can be worn with a padded or thick sock to wear as is without the orthotic. The toe box is roomy, they are not hot like other Keens since they are a more lightweight three season shoe. I will not wear these in the winter as they are suede. The tie style helps to improve the fit if your foot is more narrow. I like so much ordered the brindle color too. Size is my regular size - 9 - and it feels just right.

Service & Delivery comments:

Prompt delivery. Arrived in good condition. Had to call customer service to return a different shoe (didn't fit) and they were efficient, professional and there was no wait on the phone. I like the customer service and have ordered a lot from Online.

I bought these shoes because I have many pairs of Keens and love each and every one. They are very comfortable and hold up so well. They are waterproof and very foot protective from sandals to oxfords.

I have this shoe in 2 other colors and love them but when I received these shoes they had a terrible smell. Finally figured out it was the insoles of the shoes. Keen doesn't offer replacement insoles for their shoes. That's the only down side to these Keen shoes.
