I'm trying to get into shape so I'm walking the dogs - a lot. These shoes are very comfortable; I have wide feet, high arches, and bunions, and I can wear them all day long. Extremely lightweight and flexible, they are easy to wear. The lower heel gives you a bit of a workout, but is not as "extreme" as some toning shoes, making them great all-around athletic-style footwear. A-plus!

I will use these shoes to help correct my posture and balance. I am happy with them and they are light weight. Can't try them out much now because it is winter but will use them in warm weather. It will take awhile to get use to the negative heel.

This shoe is very comfy. The only down size is that it did feel a little smaller that expected. My feet get enough air flow I can wear them all day long with out over heating. These are very light, it's hard to tell you even have them on. As for the negative heal, I have not noticed a difference in muscle usage.

Very confortable , really like them, lots of toe room. I have very sensitive toes and balls of my feet and this shoe has the most toe room of any shoe I have ever worn, and with the focus on the heel it takes away a nlot of the pressure on my toes.
