Great looking shoe and adjustable but if shoe gets wet, - top part does not dry quickly, thus sticks to foot. Otherwise well made.

I wear my exer-flips daily. I can feel the difference in my muscles. I was a little sore after the first few days because the backs of my thighs got a workout. My husband says I look more toned in the back. May purchase another color to match different outfits. I love them.

I suffer with plantar faciitis and have to wear shoes at all times. I'm a barefoot kind of girl and this is as close as I have gotten to being barefoot yet comfortable and without the orthopedic look. Thank you!!

I purchased this sandal because I wanted a negative heel, and have never been able to fit into an Earth shoe before because they were so very narrow. I have an extra wide foot and I sized up from the half size to the whole size, and it fits just fine. My foot seems to sweat a lot in this sandal. Also, I am used to the MBT sandals and find that the Earth sandal does not have as much padding and height as the MBT, but this makes it less bulky. The straps are adjustable and would probably fit a medium to wide foot, maybe not a narrow foot. It was not as dressy as I was expecting, and my foot does not find it as comfortable, soft nor padded enough. After a full day of wearing it, my foot breathes a sigh of relief when I take it off.

I bought the Fit Flop sandal a couple of years ago, and my only complaint about it was that it was super tight across my arches (I have a high arch). I thought the adjustability of this shoe would solve that issue, and it totally did. Unfortunately, the inside of the sandal top is scratchy, and around the big toe rubbed. I think if I wear these shoes for any length of time, I will end up with blisters.

The negative heel aspect of the sandal also seemed a lot more extreme than some of the other shoes on the market with similar design (Shape-ups, Fit Flops).

I was reluxtant to order shoes on line as I have a narrow, thin foot. The reviews of this sandal convinced me to try and I'm so glad I did.
I wear this shoe everyday as the strap across the top is adjustable and I can loosen or tighten as needed. I take walks in the shoe and do have difficulty getting it adjusted for actual excercise walking but for all around everyday standing/walking/shopping it is wonderful!! My other shoes have not been worn since I got these. I'm now wondering what I can order for winter that will be as comfortable and nice looking on my feet. Love this shoe!
