I ordered these for wedding shoes after my mom ordered them for her shoes for the wedding. They are very pretty, simple & comfortable, as the heel is very low. This however is why I decided against them...I wanted a bigger heel with a little more oomph. I did however have my bridesmaids choose either these or the Natalies. They are perfect for them & the dresses!

I ordered an extra wide shoe, but it was not wide enough. I would not order another dress shoe from this site.

Service & Delivery comments:

Delivery was prompt, and the product arrived in good condition. I contacted customer service twice and received excellent assistance from the associate I spoke with (the same person on both occasions I believe). The customer service hours were good, and I was able to reach a representative quickly and easily.

I plan to use this sandal undyed - so it looks like silver satin, complimenting my special occasion dresses and gowns. I also can use them for suits and dresses at work, as the silver satin works well with the outfits. These shoes are very stable and comfortable, you can stand and/or dance in them for several hours. They are not slip resistant, so break them in before hitting the dance floor! I plan to add a "ball of foot" insert to prevent my toes from slipping out.
