Something wrong with leather

Wore them and the first time the heel got all scraped up and I wasn't walking on any weird surface then had to fix that problem and wore them 2 more times with no problems but after the 4th wear I noticed the leather is now cracking in the wrinkle or bend areas, now will seek a credit since I have no paperwork from the purchase, hope all goes well, loved these boots and they are super comfortable.

Disappointed

I purchased these boots cos it described the calf area at 17". The boots are beautiful, but the calf around isn't 17", it's actually 16 1/2" and 15 1/2" just below the elastic on top of the boot. I have a 16" calf, so when I got near the top, I couldn't zip it without pinch and discomfort. Really disappointed that I had to return and pay for return postage on something that wasn't described correctly on website.
