The quality of the shoe looked good. Unfortunately, the Chinese manufactures saved money on material. I guess the shoes are good if you have small feet.

These shoes are really comfortable, I didn't have to break them in at all. They are also pretty cute...in that retro kind of way! I really like them and will probably buy different colors in the future. You can tell that they will hold up really well over time.

I love these classic shoes. These look great with khakis and jeans. Since it's a little on the heavy side and the sole is about 3/4 inch thick, it is a bit unstable but I just had to get used to it. Works great in wet weather too.

Online shoes has the best customer service. I hesitated to order b/c my daughter had not made up her mind about the color she wanted. I kept coming back to the website and finally just ordered the shoes. Well, I ordered the wrong color of course. It was close to Christmas and I needed the shoes. I ordered another pair, sent back the first pair and worried I'd spent $160 on shoes (for both pair). I worried for nothing. Not only did the shoes arrive in time but my card was credited quickly for the pair I returned. I will buy from onlineshoes.com again. And again and again.......

Ordered these shoes for my daughter-last minute Christmas gift.
She is very happy with them and they look great with jeans, khakis, and most of her casual slacks. She is very picky about how things look on her and the complete outfit look. I couldn't be happier, because she is so happy with them.

FEEL GOOD, LOOK GREAT!

Service & Delivery comments:

About 4 hours after I ordered the shoes online, I called customer service to change the size and much to my surprise the order had already been processed. I was impressed with how quickly the order had been processed! The customer service rep assured me that exchanging the shoes would be very easy to do once they arrived. Fortunately I had ordered the correct size after all.
