I've been looking for a good walking boot and tried 3 other boots before I finally found these great boots. I wasl also hoping I could wear this boot to work. I work on a psychiatric unit and am on my feet almost the entire shift. These Caterpillar boots are comfortable from the get go, easy to pull on and off, have a great cushioned sole, and look great with jeans and skirts. I'm not a girly girl nor can I pull off biker chic so it's been tough finding a good boot that's not too over-the-top manly and brawny. These are awesome. They're roomy enough for me to tuck my jeans in, can accommodate a thicker sock, look good with skirts and tights, and are extremely comfortable. I might add a cushioned insole but will go for a long walk first without, as I do like how roomy they are. The full grain leather is really nice, looks and feels like suede but I understand is more durable and better quality than suede. Really nice boot. I wear a 7.5-8 and ordered an 8 without checking the size guide first. This was a mistake, because a size 8 is an EU 39, whereas I usually wear an EU 38. The size 8 boots were huge on me. I exchanged them for a 7, not willing to order the 7.5 since that is also listed as EU 39. The size 7 fits really well. I have a wider calf so went for the wide version and am happy I did, as the wide isn't super wide as I found in other brands but wide enough for my legs. This boot hits about halfway up my leg but I'm short - just under 5' 2 1/2". They remind me of Doc Martens without the embellishments. The perfect boot!

First time working on a farm and I needed a good work boot! I was a little hesitant to start with, I thought they would be hard and uncomfortable! These boots have been a live saver! Really good fit and comfortable, sturdy!

Needed a boot for snake protection and for working around the property. I didn't really need a steel-toed boot but nice to know the extra protection is there; does make them a little heavy, although I don't notice the weight when they're on. I needed a wide boot; these seem a little too wide and a little large overall, although wearing thicker socks made a big difference and eliminates that feeling. They seem very durable and have great tread on the soles. One boot has rubbed me slightly on the outside of my ankle, and the other rubbed a bit on the top of my ankle, but I think they will stop that when I get them broken in. They are quite soft and flexible straight out of the box.

I work in a mill an these boots were appealing to me due to the slip on aspect and the fact that they came in wide. I do not have a wide foot but I must order wide when I buy steel toe due to more room and comfort. The only problem I have is they are not waterproof but that is my fault for not buying those. These are a great boot and after 12-15 hours in them my feet don't ache at all. They keep my feet warm as well since I have bad circulation and my feet are freezing most of the time. I wear a little thicker sick with seems to help with comfort. You cannot beat the price!

I've had a couple of foot surgeries on my right foot, so my big toe is extra sensitive & I could feel the edge of the steel toe rub on it. I believe that steel toes aren't for me. The boot seemed like would hold up forever, good workmanship & rugged.
