I use the shoe for Kardio Kick Boxing Class. It has just enough traction but not too much which is something you need for these type of classes. This shoe also has great arch support and cushion which I had trouble finding in other shoes with the right traction in the soles. Love them and have been recommending them to all my fellow class memebers. Might just order a second pair to have when these wear out.

The shoes look great but im not happy with the sole of the shoe. It is very stiff and makes my foot cramp up while running. I think it could use a bit more flexible support. I really like the asics brand - I've been buying their running shoes for several years - but I think ill stick to the more traditional style next time.

I use this shoe to run about 2-3 miles 4-5 times a week as well as do conditioning in a gym/ weight room 3-4 times a week. This is truly more of a court shoe or a cross trainer than a running shoe. For distance I wouldn't recommend it but for everything else it has been great and sturdy.

A girl at a local shoe store talked me into trying Asics shoes and now I am hooked. I am on my 3rd pair in less than a year. I am starting to train to run 5k or maybe more once I accomplish that and I plan on wearing Asics to do that.
