- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Purchase of a product from Onlineshoes.com does not improve chances of winning. To enter, submit your email address at www.onlineshoes.com. The $100 Gift Certificate Sweepstakes begins January 1, 2008 and ends March 31, 2008.
- Online Entries. ONLINE ENTRY TO THE SWEEPSTAKES IS LIMITED TO ONE (1) EMAIL ADDRESS PER PERSON PER DAY. One winner will be selected at random to win a $100.00 Onlineshoes.com gift certificate prize. To be eligible for the prize drawing, entry must be received between 12:01 a.m. (Pacific Time) on Tuesday, January 1, 2008, and 11:59 p.m. (Pacific Time) on Monday, March 31, 2008 ("Sweepstakes Period").
- Prizes. A total of twenty (20) Prizes will be awarded. Each Prize will consist of one (1) $100.00 Onlineshoes.com gift certificate with an approximate retail value of $100. Prizes will be non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older as of January 1, 2008. Employees of Gerler & Son, Inc., Onlineshoes.com and its consultants, and immediate families or persons residing in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Subject to applicable federal, state and legal regulations and laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- Drawings/Odds. One Prizewinner will be selected each day during the Sweepstakes Period by random drawing from all eligible entries received prior to the drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The drawings will be conducted under the supervision of Onlineshoes.com. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules, which will be final and binding in all respects. Winners will be notified by email.
- Release. By submitting an entry, participants agree to RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS ONLINESHOES.COM, GERLER & SON, INC. AND THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, SUPPLIERS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, SUITS, ACTIONS AND CAUSES OF ACTION OF ANY KIND ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR RESULTING FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION OR USE OF THE PRIZE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, AS WELL AS CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of Prize shall constitute and signify the winner's agreement and consent that Onlineshoes.com may use the winner's name, address, likeness, voice and/or Prize information for advertising and promotional purposes without further payment or consideration.
- Entry Information. Entry information becomes property of Onlineshoes.com subject to Onlineshoes.com's privacy policy as posted on its website. The name of the prizewinner will be posted on the Onlinshoes.com website within 10 days of receiving the winner's agreement.
- Sponsor. Gerler & Son, Inc. dba Onlineshoes.com.
- Governing Law. All issues concerning these rules or the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
