ROGUE RIVER HIKING & PRODUCT TESTING TRIP w/ O.A.R.S. WEST, INC.

ELIGIBILITY
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) who are age 18 years or older at the time of entry. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. Employees or contract employees of Onlineshoes.com, Teva, O.A.R.S. WEST, INC. ("Sponsors"), and their affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and parents and their immediate families or persons living in the same household of such individuals, are ineligible. SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

SPONSOR
Sponsors are: Gerler & Son, Inc. dba Onlineshoes.com, 1730 Minor Ave, Suite 700, Seattle, WA 98101, and Deckers Outdoor Corporation, dba Teva, 495 A S. Fairview Ave, Goleta, CA 93117, and O.A.R.S. WEST, INC., PO Box 67, Angels Camp, CA 95222.

SCHEDULE
The sweepstakes begins on June 3, 2009 at 12:01 am (PST) and ends on July 12, 2009 at 11:59 pm (PST). Entries must be received by 11:59 pm (PST), July 12, 2009.

HOW TO ENTER
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Subsequent entries will be disqualified. To enter, go to www.onlineshoes.com and follow the directions for online entry.

All entries become the property of Sponsor. They will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible entries. Entries are void if they are in whole or in part illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error, or obtained through fraud or theft. By entering you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

If the potentially winning entry is an Internet or other computer entry, potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.

PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected. The Grand Prize consists of one 6-day Rogue River Hiking & Product Testing Trip for (2) two people in 2009. Prize trip includes a 6-day/ 5-night stay, 2-person tent accommodations based on double occupancy from day 1 through day 6, hiking adventure, professional guide service, rafting and expedition equipment for trip support, activities and transportation from day 1 through day 6, and all meals from lunch on day 1 through lunch on day 6. Hiking & product testing trip departs from Merlin, Oregon. Travel dates are subject to restriction. Prize trip does not include pre- or post-trip lodging in Merlin, transfers, expenses incurred before and/or after the trip (e.g. suggested Packing List at www.oars.com), gratuities, nor any other expenses not expressly identified herein. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for travel arrangements to and from Merlin, OR as well as any additional lodging prior to and following the river trip.

A check for $2,000 USD will be provided to the Grand Prize Winner by August 31st, 2009 to be used for travel and any additional lodging expenses for Grand Prize Winner and Grand Prize Winner's guest. Any additional expenses above and beyond the $2,000 stipend will be solely the responsibility of Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner must be willing and able to complete and return a W-9 tax form to Gerler & Son, dba Onlineshoes.com at least three weeks before check may be issued. Completed W-9 form may be faxed to 206-436-5198 to Attn: Teva Hiking Trip Sweepstakes. The trip must occur on the scheduled O.A.R.S. WEST, Inc. departure (identified at www.oars.com) of September 18th, 2009. Advance reservations are required and standard booking and cancellations apply. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize is $4,444 USD. Actual retail value may vary based on location of Grand Prize Winner's residence and other variables. Any difference between approximate retail value and actual retail value will not be awarded. No prize transfer, assignment, or substitution by Grand Prize Winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.

Grand Prize Winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest are responsible for obtaining all necessary immunizations and all necessary documentation, including but not limited to passport, visas, and any other trip permissions. Travel companion must be at least 12 years of age.

WINNER SELECTION
Random selection of the Grand Prize Winner will occur on or about July 13th, 2009, from among all eligible entries received. The Grand Prize Winner will be notified by e-mail or by phone on or about July 17th, 2009. Prize will be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

REDEMPTION AND VERIFICATION
To redeem the prize, Grand Prize Winner must respond within fifteen (15) days of prize notification. Grand Prize Winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility/liability release and Visitor's Acknowledgement of Risk from O.A.R.S. WEST, Inc. before award of Grand Prize. Failure to comply will result in the forfeit of the Grand Prize and the selection of a substitute Grand Prize Winner from remaining eligible entries.

All prize claims are subject to verification and compliance with the official rules.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
Sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; communications line failure; theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to sweepstakes entries or entry forms; or alteration of entries or entry forms. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems with or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or mailed-in entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants' or any other persons' computers related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this sweepstakes.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

RIGHT TO CANCEL OR SUSPEND SWEEPSTAKES
If for any reason the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
By accepting the Grand Prize and taking the trip, Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest each represent that they understand that travel contains some inherent element of risk of accident, illness, injury, loss, or death, which may be caused by negligence, forces of nature, wild animals, or other agencies, known or unknown; and further recognize that medical facilities may not be readily available or accessible during some or all of the trip. To be a prize winner and partake of this trip, potential Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest must be willing to accept the risk and to confirm their acceptance of such risk in writing at Sponsor's request. Participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Onlineshoes.com, Teva, O.A.R.S. WEST Inc. and their partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in this sweepstakes or any sweepstakes-related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder. Participants also agree (a) to be bound by these official rules; (b) that the decisions of Sponsor are final on all matters relating to the sweepstakes; and (c) if he/she wins, to the use of his/her name and or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation (except in Tennessee and where prohibited by law) and upon request, to provide consent to such use in writing.

All federal, state and local taxes, fees and surcharges on prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. If the Grand Prize Winner declines the prize or is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries.

For Grand Prize Winner's name after July 17th, 2009, send a separate self-addressed, stamped envelope to Sponsor at Mailing Address: Onlineshoes.com, 1730 Minor Ave, Suite 700, Seattle, WA 98101 (Residents of Vermont need not include return postage).

NOTICE TO INDIVIDUALS: REMOVAL FROM MAILING LIST: Any individual (or duly authorized person) may elect to exclude the name and address of that individual from list used by Sponsors to mail sweepstakes. To elect to have an individual's name excluded from such list, submit a removal request in writing to Sponsor at Mailing Address. The notification system may be used to prohibit mailing of all skill contests or sweepstakes by Sponsors to such individual.
