These shoes are so comfortable. I love wearing them to work. My feet doesn't hurt after standing on my feet for more than 8 hours with these clogs. No need to break these shoes in. They are immediately comfortable.

I use it in the hospital for 12 straight hours. I initially bought my regular size but I quickly found out that they run a full size smaller...[...] I exchanged mine for a size larger than what I'm used to. I've only been wearing them for 3 weeks... so far, they feel better than the last one. They feel a bit heavy and a little bit wider than regular shoes but they keep my feet comfy.

These clogs are very comfortable. They are good for people who are on their feet all the time and who want to be two inches taller in total comfort. They look good with both casual and dressy pants. They're excellent to wear in the rain. They will keep you feet dry no matter how heavy the storm is.

I am a hair stylist and these shoes are perfect in every way. I didn't even have to break them in . I love the shoes and would surely buy them again. They are slip resistant, comfortable, and they look professional. I recommend them to anyone who works on their feet all day.
I am a nursing student about to graduate.. I purchased these shoes and wore them for a full 12 hour shift. At first, they were stiff and akward (but I now know that it was because I had never experienced the type of support that they provide). The next shift, I tried to wear my regular nursing clogs and they didn't even compare to the support of the Dansko's. I wouldn't wear anything else. Give them a try and remember that they leather and the soles will form to your specific foot!
I have 5 pairs of dansko clogs. They really helped me with lower back pain as I am on my feet all day. I have teacher friends who also swear by them. They are great for travel as they are easy to slip on/off through airport security and great for walking around travel destinations although not great in summer months, i would try a dansko sandal!
Sizes are european and I take a full size larger than I wear in a US size. The black patent pair is great for dressing up an outfit and I try to keep a pair around for when I do have to wear heels--I love to put on my clogs to soothe tired feet!

I am a nurse and it is hard to find a good pair of shoes that you can wear day after day for 12 hours at a time. I was sceptical at first on how they looked so stiff but once on they fit like a glove. I can not find anything wrong with these shoes. I wear them everyday to work.

Dansko shoes for men are very comfortable, well made, and durable. The leather can be polished and looks professional in all settings. They fit your feet well - but make sure to get the correct size even if you have to wait for online shoes to get them your size.
For anyone who stands a lot, walks a lot, or needs good support, they are wonderful shoes. As a teacher, I enjoy them and wear them every day and people keep asking about them.
I cannot recomend them enough - especially the leather ones that can be polished - now in various colors for me too - cordovan, black, and two browns.

I love these shoes, for years I saw so many of my colleagues wearing these at the hospital and I had a similar style but different brand. Now I know why they all got Dansko. Work often requires us to be up for 24 hours or more and on our feet most of that time, I love the comfort and primarily the arch support. My feet feel hugged!

I love these shoes! I have worn them for about 5 years. I am in retail management and walk between 5-7 miles per day on the concrete salesfloor. I wear these every day and I no longer have back pain. They are comfortable, and provide great support for your legs and back. I also have found that because of the roominess and the leather I don't have any foot odor with these shoes. I loved these shoes when I was pregnant too. They are dressy enough to wear with slacks and they are very durable! My last pair lasted 2 years in a Home Improvement Warehouse! Whenever I try a different pair of shoes at work or home I notice the difference; my legs are tired and my back is a little sore. I have to have the Dansko arch support. I have some sandals as well. They say when something is that good you should let someone else know... hope this helps!

Perfect shoe for working on your feet all day. I put them on in the morning and don't take them off until I am ready for bed! Great conservative, classic look! I'll wear nothing else all day long!

I purchased these shoes after reccomendations from many co-workers who wear them. I work double shifts so I am on my feet for very long periods of time. I did have rubbing in a couple of areas that did become sore. But after a few wears....they are GREAT!
I ordered my size in narrow and they have stretched nicely for a perfect fit. They are also cute and make your feet look smaller.

extremely comfortable!
I work on hard surface floors, these are great. For the scuffs I use car leather cleaner and the scuff marks come off. They are a wide footed shoe and provides plenty of toe room. Comfortable, I have had a neuroma removal and do have heel spurs and these help aleviate any pain.

This is a good product if you are going to be standing for long periods of time, it looks very professional, you can just wipe them off if stuff gets on it.

Love these. I have short & wide feet & I'm on them all day. This is my 3rd pair of Dansko so I knew they'd be great. I took them out of the box & wore them to work for 12-13 hours - no problem. I can even wiggle my toes around in them. People are always asking where they can get these. I tell them Onlineshoes & that they are WELL worth the price. My feet love me.

I've worn Dansko brand shoes for years and have always loved them. I work in healthcare and I'm on my feet all day. These shoes are wonderful! I love everything about them, from the shape, the fit, the type of leather and the support. I love that they don't get scuffed easily and that I can wipe them down if I get any icky drips on them (mine are box leather). My feet get amazing support and my back doesn't hurt at the end of the day. I'm actually going to exchange a different style pair with less support for another pair of these in brown. Worth every penny.

I really liked the Dansko Professional because of its arch support and wide sizing. I was excited to get this Dnasko [...], based on the reviews online as well as trying on this shoes at the mall but when I finally received this pair, I tried it on in the house for a few good hours walking with them and I found that they tend to feel heavy on my feet as I wear them longer. As a result, my feet felt very tired and had some pain on th etop middle part. The fit is really good but I wish they could make it lighter than they are. If your feet are not as picky as mine, this would be very good but for those who feel every ounce of a shoe, this might not be for you too.

I really like the Oiled brown clogs but the only problem with them is that they scuff up too bad and I can't wear them out in the rain, hard to clean. I got a 39 in these, fit was great. I just got another pair the Black box in a size 39 and they seem abit too small. Which is frustrating because if I go up it will be too big. It's strange since they are the same shoe but fit totally different. I may return these. Overall, they are very comfortable and stylish.
painful after hours of work, unable to complete shift without extreme pain on top of feet, pain continues after removing shoe. Thick band across top, after walking 2-3 hours the weight of the shoe is felt across the top of foot causing pressure and pain.

I am a teacher and on my feet all day. Many of us at work only wear Dansko. They look good with dress pant, skirts and jeans. I see them on students too. They are age appropriate for all ages!
I LOVE danskos, particularly the stapled clog. My chief complaint is how thick the heel area looks - a bit unfeminine and not for all work pants, but they certainly are funky! Love them with cords or jeans in particular. I have the marcelle stapled mary jane clog which look great with tights and pants, and now own two stapled clog dansko sandals - I highly recommend them if you love the clogs all fall/winter/spring. I have flat feet so the arch support is great, and I, like another reviewer am prone to ingrown nails, so the roomy toe box is perfect. My feet stay toasty in the winter but NEVER sweaty (same even with the sandals). These shoes are so great I actually plan my work clothes around them so I can have more productive days (due to comfort)! Be sure to go to a bigger size if you are in between sizes, so they fit loosely. Also, it may be better to try on in person since they are hand stapled and fit can vary a little shoe to shoe. . . . Worth the $$$!

I have had these shoes for 1 and 1/2 years, and wear them on a very regular basis, and they still look brand new. They are very easy to care for, and hold up to pretty much anything. They make my feet feel very warm and secure. They also are relatively plain, but classy, so they match well with work-wear. My only complaint would be that there really is not much padding, and they are not flexible with the movement of my feet.

I bought these because I thought they were somewhat of an orthopedic shoe. I already have back problems, so I didn't know what to think when they made my back worse (every time I try to wear them.) Could they be actually trying to correct my bad back? I am still trying to wear them a little at a time to see if my back will get used to them, because I really like the look of them! Because I had worn them outside before I knew they would bother my back, I understand I couldn't return them.

I was looking for a comfortable, decent looking shoe for work and travel. My daughter turned me on to this brand as she said the students at her University were wearing them and loved them. I typically don't spend this amount of money on shoes but they are comfortable and seem durable. I hope to have them for a few years.

I disagree with the reviewer who advises against wearing these if you have plantar fasciitis. My podiatrist recommended these for me because of plantar fasciitis and since wearing them, about 6 months now, I have not had any pain whatsoever, in either foot. I find them extremely comfortable. I wear them with skirts, dresses and pants. They actually energize my feet. I say they are great looking "orthopaedic" shoes. I wish I could afford a pair in every color!

Comfortable shoe with a heel
I owned my last pair for 10 years before they finally wore out. One of the hands-down best shoes I've ever owned. Great for walking, standing and posture.
These shoes are awesome! They are perfect other than the color. I ordered Brown Latigo first then exchanged for Oiled Brown. The Latigo color is more RED than BROWN...Other than color-they're great shoes!

I own a dozen pair with most being the professional style. I have owned several pair for 10 years which I still wear to work as a RN.
Dansko is the perfect shoe for all occasions dressy to casual and I have worn them continuously for 36 hours straight without fatique.
I have even worn the dressy black in a NYC snowstorm shopping without getting my FEET wet!!!

My husband is a hairstylist and is standing on concrete floors all day, Dansko's have been great for that. It might take a few days to fit to your foot, but after that there is nothing better.

I actually bought this same shoe 15 years ago as well as the black nubuck version and it took this long to finally wear them out. You can't beat the black or brown nubuck or oiled leather for good looks that resist rain and scuffing, (these are my rain shoes). They also provide excellent arch support, a comfortable footbed and a roomy enough instep. The toe box is well designed for those who have ingrown toenail issues (like me) and I can wear these shoes both to and from my winter pedicures, even after a toe nail polish, and still walk in style! At least 5 of my friends have bought them after hearing this. I love 'um!

These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned, and I own a closetful. Even after a day of teaching third graders or walking in the mall, my hips, lower back and knees feel great. I was sceptical because they seem a bit stiff and hard to begin with but you forget you have them on. Well worth the extra cost and they look great with pants, jeans, even skirts.

I LOVE these shoes - after years of wearing heels to work, my lower back was often stiff and sore. Now that I'm wearing these, my back and my feet feel great! Since I'm a marathoner, I especially appreciate how comfortable these shoes are -- I wear them non-stop for the week leading up to a long run or a race. I am already looking to see what my next Dansko purchase will be!
