No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This shoe was attractive, but upon wearing and time it became harder to tighten. It has a slightly better than average on comfort of feel and walking, but fails in breathability and has several hot spots. You should not wear this out during any warm periods of time. I have owned this pair for less than a year and it already looks like I have had them for several. They also started to smell after about 4 months. I am looking to replace already. They are not bad, but not for the price. They are better for winter, not so ofter wear. Or back up pair of safety shoes.

I am a diabetic and I purchased these work Skechers (steel toe) for work since I work around fork lifts all day. Since I do have diabetes I need a sneak or shoe that has a comfortable fit that does nor rub my feet etc....

I do high reccommend these shoes.
