Wow what a difference from standard running shoes and cross trainers. I work in a Processing and distribution center for the Postal service. The constant standing and running a machine in a plant type setting was hard. With these shoes makes it much easier. These shoes are durable and have excellent cushioning. They protect my feet from the cement floors and the steel toes protects my feet when I'm moving equipment. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND
