I have been searching for a comfortable and stylish pair of shoes for a long time. I experience heel pain and ordered the Rockport Gorizias in wide width to accommodate my orthoses. I cannot tell you how pleased I am! For the first time in over a YEAR, I am wearing comfortable shoes without sacrificing style! I wear them with jeans as well as with dress pants for the office. [...] I have hard-to-fit feet to begin with. I need a wide shoe, and different manufacturers have different ideas on how to widen a shoe. I usually have to try on a lot of pairs before final selection. But I really wanted an attractive, sturdy knock-around & play shoe that was supportive, but not as bulky as my running shoes.I saw the Rockports with the gel-heel, yet sleek and non-bulky looking. There was a "W" available, so I ordered my size in a W and was hopeful, as Rockports have a good rep. The shoes [...] fit perfectly! Enough support for really long walks, but stylishly lightweight and cool-looking. No spot-rubbing, blisters or anything negative after a long walk the first-time worn. Now I'm tempted to buy more clothes to match these shoes! [...]

My daughter gave me a pair she had ordered. I started wearing the first pair and now wear the shoes into the Dog OBedience show ring as they keep my feet cool and comfortable.

This shoe was too narrow in the toe and pinched. It didn't feel very well cushioned in the insole compared to other shoes of this type. The shoe seems well constructed and most probably would be satisfactory for someone not needing a wide toe box - I did order the same width (Wide) that I get for all my shoes. I had to return them.
