No, I would not recommend this to a friend
I ordered these shoes in my usual size. they fit in the width, but they were too short. I really liked these shoes so I tried ordering a half size larger but they were too large all around. So if you have narrowish feet, these might not work for you. They are also a little two clunky for a jean skirt.
