daily wear for comfort after spending hundreds of dollars trying to find a shoe with adequate support for weight baring areas after surgery on both feet landed me near to immobile. I wore plush bedroom shoes from Victoria's Secrets for 6 yrs. everywhere I went. It was very embarassing, but I now feel like I truly am going to walk without pain with good alignment and without help for balance.

I bought these shoes for casual wear and they were so comfy that I bought a pair for work. I have a very wide foot and can not buy from regular retailers. Onlineshoes.com is the best solution for me.

I love the look of the shoes, breathability, flexability and stability but I have to break them in as far as where they rest upon the base of the Achilles tendon, a little bit of rubbing for right now on both shoes, but I like them so much, what's a few band aids.

The negative heel in Earth shoes has been the only solution I've found to dealing with the aftermath of two broken feet (broke in 2001) which left me unable to stand or walk for any amount of time without dealing with bone pain. I first tried the Cabo thongs, which suited me VERY well due to their very solid, sturdy footbed. However, thongs aren't practical for winter so I was hoping to find the same support in these shoes. Unfrotunately, I did not. Due to the ultra-light material (and they ARE light) and 'foldability', they are quite flimsy and don't provide much stability. However, they ARE quite comfy and wide. I cannot wear most Earth 'shoes' since I require a wide width, but these have ample width and would work quite well for people with bunions and such. The two Velcro adjustment areas, across the instep and behind the heel are nice. All in all, though, they have worked well for me as far as the length of time I can spend on my feet (i.e., shopping) and not suffer from foot pain in the evening. I do own two pairs, both Black and Khaki and do not regret my purchases.

If your skin is not easily bothered, then you may appreciate the many good qualities of this Earth shoe. The high rising heel rubbed my admittedly tender skin, on my ankle raw through a thin sock.
On the recommend to a friend- please note that it would depend on how tender their feet are!
I personlally own thios shoe and also 1 other pair. I really like both pair but LOVE the second pair I bought. The second pair is the LAZER. is light, flexible, and has no breakin time. the Flight is a little more CLUMSY tho than the LAZER. The only drawback I have to any of the shoes I have bought is that they have no cleaning directions......might help if we had a way to clean em....Thanks....

the insides were so scratchy that they could not be worn, would
even ruin nylons. I had to return them.

I wear this shoe every day and love it. It is easy on, easy wear and easy off. Some M width earth shoes are too narrow for my wide feet but these fit really well and the flight design makes it so flexible and lightweight. The negative heel design is really helping my back after 2 back surgeries in 4 months.
