Excellent "Stabilizer" for me. Previous spine surgery with minimal equalibrium and neuropathy problems. I walk 3-4 milees daily and find less fatigue because of the excellent support wearing this shoe.

I purchased this shoe and returned it. It was too small in width and I did order the wide. It also isn't breathable.
