I had worn another name brand for years, and then I tried these. I have back, hip and knee problems, and the negative heel technology allows me to walk without hip or back pain. The EVA midsole gives me the support I need for my knees. It took maybe a day to get used to the negative heel technology, but after that, it feels very natural. When I take these off and put on sandals or some other flat shoe, my hip will start hurting, so I know that my hips are not positioned correctly like with the Earth shoe.

I found the shoe to be well made, but the lower heel was not comfortable to me. I did not think I would be able to condition myself to use the low heel technology.

I ONLY WEAR EARTH SHOES FOR ALL ACTIVITIES. THESE ARE THE BEST I HAVE EVER WORN FOR MY 3 12HR. SHIFTS!! NO "BREAKING-IN" NEEDED, COMFORT IS "ZENITH", AND I WILL BE BUYING ANOTHER PAIR IN THE NEXT WEEK!! YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THESE!!
