I purchased these shoes for my husband who is a type 2 diabetic. He immediately found them comfortable. A little tight forward of his arch. That did soon change to where he felt they had become 'too wide' at the same place. With adjustment of the shoe, his complaint went away. He works as a barber and is on his feet ALL day. He's gone from wearing them (as new shoes) a day to wearing them every work day. They are light and with the smooth tops they don't hold hair clippings. The description and presentation of the shoes were incredibly accurate.
