The shoes are great (I believe).
It's me. I was in a store recently and tried on a size 9. They were very comfortable except my right foot seemed a little snug. So, I ordered the 9.5 from you. Felt great at first, but my foot moves around too much causing some discomfort by end of day. I am really a size 9.25, but I can never find a comfortable shoe. 9s are often too tight, 9.5s too floppy.
But, the shoes look great and look like they'll last
