I am a competitive runner and I compete in national tournaments for an "arcade dance" game where you step on arrows on an arcade machine following music and patterns on the screen. On harder difficulty, arcade dancing games have been proven to make your heart beat as fast as running makes your heart beat, and it's a great work out. This shoe is by far the most comfortable/supportive shoe I have ever put on my feet. It's light, it's stylish, it's breathable, and most of all comfortable. As a wide footed runner, it's very hard to find a light shoe in wide widths. These shoes are god's gift to wide footed runners.

Now, I will say this.. it's not a good running shoe .. like 2 mile or more ..but for sprinting it's excellent . Plus, just wearing it around is great. I'ts a very light shoe sometimes I don't wear socks with it , but to me I lovem . I will tell you this, at least try it on .. thats all I'm saying. I'm going to buy another pair the silver one's.

A good pose method (ball of foot strikers) shoe alternative for those with wide feet. Relatively light at 11oz (size 11 2E). Forefoot sole isn't overly cushioned. Mesh type is very "airy". switching to this from kilkenny xc.
