I have had Ugg slippers for years long before they became popular. In fact everyone in my family has had them and still wears them. This style has a poor design with too small of an opening for your foot to enter.

Great shoe, but opening for foot too small & can't get into shoe. Ordered size 13, could not get foot in it. My wife (size 6) could not get her foot into it either. This was the 2nd pair ordered thinking that the first pair may have been made wrong.

Try on at a retail store to know what size to order. I ordered two sizes larger to have a great fit. The opening is small. I am sure Ugg will correct in another season.
