If it weren't for the fact that the pair that I received was imperfect, I would give these slippers 4 1/2 stars. As they are, I give them 3 1/2 stars. The stitching is off which makes the slipper sag to the side and makes it difficult to stand straight comfortably. That being said, when wearing my slippers I'm usually sitting down or just walking around the house, so the comfort level, ease of care (machine washasble) and slip-on design make it worth my while to wear them. They do run a bit small, so I've had to push the lip at the heel down so that I don't have to try to stuff my feet in as deep as they can go in order to allow the lip to come up over my heel. I'm not sure if the next larger size would be too big, though. I wanted something that would last, and Acorn is a good brand. However, I'm not sure if I would purchase another pair online - I'd rather check out the quality in person before spending this kinds of money on slippers again. That said, most slippers are junk that fall apart in no time, so if these hold up, I'll definitely buy Acorns the next time I need slippers.
