These are very comfortable. I bought a pair full price from another online shoe store in the light brownn and love them. I saw that they were on sale on onlineshoes.com so I bought them in black. I now have two pair of cute, very comfortable sandals to wear to work. I am a teacher and stand all day in them and my feet, knees and back all feel great at the end of the day. I can't believe they have such a bad rating because they a great shoes!

I bought these sandals despite the horrible ratings and I am glad that I did. The shoes are very cute and very comfortable. I have a moderately high arch and I haven't noticed that this arch is uncomfortably high (or low)--what the insole is: padded and wonderfully comfortable (as expected from Clarks). The heel height is perfect for longer jeans or pants, but not so I'm teetering. The straps are perfect, as well. The color is a pretty light brown but the thin piping is metallic bronzey. Not gaudy but unexpected (didn't notice it in photo). I love these sandals and might buy another-now that they are even cheaper.

Clarks usually work for me. The high arch was too much for my feet, even though I usually need that.

The shoes were adorable, but very uncomfotable because the arch was too high and rigid.
