One shoe sort of fit and the other definitely didn't. They are just too narrow.
If you suffer from Plantar Fasciitis, I highly recommend these shoes! This sandal has done more for my PF than anything else I've tried (night splint, icing, stretches, inserts, etc). Once I bought these sandals, I was amazed at the difference... the arch support is amazing! I'm shopping for Naot shoes that will get me through the winter, and next summer I'll be buying another color of the Kayla because that's all I want to wear! Expensive, but well worth the money!!!

These are really nice sandals, but they are too wide for me because they aren't adjustable. Too bad because they come in so many nice colors, have great arch support, and are stylish and simple. My mother owns these in a few colors and loves them.

I had to return mine. The base was really comfortable but the straps were too short across the toes. I was told that the next size up was 1/8" wider but 1" longer. Oh well. I'm disappointed they didn't work out.

I have worn the Kayla for three years now, ever since I was diagnosed with a neuroma. It is totally comfortable and never aggravates the problem. Summer before last I walked all over Portugal in them. They were great for walking and great for dressing up. I always have new pairs of my 2 favorite colors waiting for me at the beginning of the summer. I wear last summer's for work / casual and keep the new pair for nicer occasions.
My mother wants a pair now. I am taking her shopping soon. After she determines what size she needs, I will order for her online.
My only compaint is that I have very narrow feet and they are a little wide, but not as wide as other sandals. And by the end of the summer (with almost daily use) they do tend to stretch a little.

I already owned 2 pairs of this sandal in pink and brown leather and was so pleased with how unbelievably comfortable they were. I usually avoid "strappy" sandals as they "cut" into my feet. But the Naot Kayla is an exception. I feel like I am walking barefoot on a plush carpet, they are that soft and gentle to your feet. The black patent looks great with both slacks and skirts. I love these sandals!

I use these sandals to go to work, or to play. They are beautiful and comfortable all the time. Since I started wearing them, my feet feel great, and the callousness I had on the outside of my big toe and heel have almost disappeared.

This is the second pair of Naot sandals that I have bought and I wear them all the time.
I wear NAOTS every day and have for 15 years. It is the best fitting sandal I have ever worn. I have a high arche and Kayla especially works for that problem I can wear that shoe all day and evening and still have comfortable feeling feet. There is nothing NOT great about it . It's the best sandal ever for me!

I like this sandal because it fits well, looks nice, and is versatile. I can wear it to work because of the patent leather dressiness and be comfortable at the same time.

I started wearing NAOTS a few years ago when I knew I would be walking on many cobblestone streets in Europe and wanted a comfortable, walking shoe. I was not disappointed. These are perfect shoes for Florida or anywhere you do a lot of walking. I have three pairs.

Wear to work daily in order to avoid heal problems recurring. Very comfortable, stylish and supportive. Lightweight, not heavy like other brands I've worn. A little pricey, but well worth it if my feet feel good.

These shoes are comfortable and functional. They are also stylish and very pretty and light weight. One can wear them as sporty sandals or with a dress. I shall certainly buy more in different colors. They are worth every cent.

I was walking up Broadway in Soho, when I spied a new shoe store, [...] Well, I had to stop in, wouldn't you? I had what I thought were comfortable shoes on, but I tried the Kayla's on and told the attendant to put my old shoes in a bag; I would be wearing these home. I did, and I will continue to wear them whenever I want "happy feet"!

first - these are really sexy sandals on and go with all styles.
Naots give and form to your individual foot pattern and stride without compromising support like most shoes do. the cork footbed and long lasting rubber tire sole give a massaging action while you walk stimulating blood flow, and they feel secure on uneven surfaces. the Kayla design avoids painful bunions. i have achilles tendonitis that pulls through the arch and up the back of the shin like fire when propelling forward. these are absolute pain savers! my ankles swell when i fly. these kick on and off easily and the velcro ankle strap makes them adjustable to my changes. i am a long time buyer of NAOT footwear. thank-you NAOT!

I WORE THESE SHOES FOR TWO WEEK TOURING ITALY. THE SHOES WERE SO COMFORTABLE IT WAS LIKE WALKING ON A CLOUD, AND I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO BREAK THEM IN. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE COMFORT AND HOW STYLISH THEY ARE I ORDERED ANOTHER PAIR. I DID HAVE TO BUY A SMALLER SIZE

I have broken my foot twice and have bunions but my flat feet cramp without my orthotics and a raised heel. These sandals do the trick for me. I even wear them for slippers around the house. I am singing the praises for Naots to all my friends. My young daughter-in-law introduced me to her favorite shoes.

I love this shoe. I have lots of problems with my feet and these shoes feel like I'm walking on a cloud. I will order more Naot shoes for sure!!

I have foot problems and am very careful about shoes. These sandals are good for my feet and stylish enough to wear with a suit. The velcro fastening isn't dressy but when lined up correctly it is not obvious while being worn. The advantage it is can be adjusted throughout the day to fit perfectly.

My Naot Kayla just arrived and feel like heaven as I walk around the living room. Great arch support and footbed. All is as the other reviewers say. But I am concerned about my wide foot overlapping the outside edge of each sandal. Will wear them about inside some more to see if this creates a rub or comfort problem. If not they are heaven so far ...

I used to always wear flip flops and flexible sandals, but I have a foot problem and was told by a podiatrist to wear a shoe with a sole that's firm. I found the Naots on a trip and bought them--then ordered an embarrasingly huge number in different colors from online shoes. On a recent trip to Seattle I must have walked several miles in them and never had any foot pain.

This pair of sandles was my first introduction to the Naot brand of shoes and since then, I have purchased 6 more pairs of Naots, including a second pair of Kayla sandles. I have had a problem with plantar fasciitis of my left foot for about 4 years. After two podiatrists, orthotics and a steroid shot, I was still experiencing a lot of foot pain. Then I tried on a pair of Kayla sandles and could not believe the difference they made for my foot problem. The arch of the sandle is perfect for my feet while the cork bed absorbs shock. Add to this the lightweight rubber soles and it makes a sandle so comfortable, yet supportive, that I don't feel as though I have shoes on my feet. All this and they are stylish! I have been wearing nothing but Naot sandles and my foot pain is almost gone. Kayla, remains one of my favorite pairs because of the cork bed and lightweight construction.

I love the shoes. I have trouble wearing many different styles of shoes due to my narrow feet, but these Naots really work for me. I also have Morton's Neuroma on my one foot (from a lot of tennis)and with the Naots I feel nothing. They are so comfortable. I can walk in them for miles and miles.

Although I returned this shoe for a Tyva shoe, I would have like to keep the shoe. It was comfortable. A little wide, so I knew it wouldn't provide the support I needed.
I must comment on the excellent help and return service of your customer service department. Everyone I spoke to couldn't have been more supportive in making my return as easy as possible.

I found these in key west [...] and wish i had bot them in more colors. It's taken me years to locate a pair of sandals that you want to walk miles in but do not look clunky with a skirt.. finally i found them !

I have plantar fasciits. I wore Birkenstocks for years (which probably caused the problem because of the "negative heel). I love Naot's because they have the same Birkenstock look and quality but have a positive heel with great support in the heal area. If you have plantar fasciitis or just want your feet to feel like heaven- get Naots!

I have purchased several Naot shoes in the past and they are all very comfortable and easy to walk in. They help my back and hip which I occassionally have problems with. They are very cute and stylish too.

My podiatrist suggested Naot shoes to me when I had to have treatment for Planta Fascia. I had suffered for a year and no other shoes were comfortable. I bought 1 pair of Kayla by Naot and wore them the whole summer. Then I bought 2 pair of shoes for the winter. I bought another pair of Kayla's on the internet. [...].
