The negative heel technology definitely works! My calves felt a little "worked" the first few days I wore these shoes.
I was highly disappionted in the Cabos that arrived today. I ordered the light pink strap that appears to have a dark grey base, and they arrived with a light grey base that is completely different than the photos I've seen online. Additionally, they don't feel as sturdy or supportive as other earth shoes I've worn, and I until this past year, I wore earth shoes exclusively for about the past four years.
I'm very disappointed in them - I'll probably go back to the Miami flip flops.
Wish they came faster but happy to have them.
I think this is a great beach and casual sandal. It is comfortable and easy to keep on. It is a little wide for me, but it didn't seem to make them less comfortable or harder to walk in. Overall I really like them!
Cute, comfortable and light in the suitcase. My husband and I travel alot and I like to take flipflops, they don't take up space. I am always looking for flipflops that give my feet support so I can walk farther in them.
Shoe runs a size too small, at least in a 10. Great looking shoe, but... I ordered an 11 and it was WAY too big, loose and heavy. Very disappointed at the sizing of Cabo Shoe. I have other Earth Shoes, and this is the first that sizing is such an issue.

Have had feet problems since 2002, after breaking them and injuring knees in car accident. Have spents hundreds of dollars since then, trying to find shoes that would support my feet, especially my arches, so that I could walk and stand for long periods of time. I had very picky, sensitive, prone to blistering type feet PRIOR to accident, but even still, these have been no problem. Like another said, they are all I've worn since I got them. The negative heel only took a couple days to get used to and when I'm not wearing them, my calve muscles 'miss' the stretch. For me, they've been a miracle. A Godsend. Now I can now shop 'till I drop. Also very supportive walking in sand. Too bad Earth doesn't make wide widths because I need winter shoes and don't know what I'm going to do. Get toe-socks I guess and buy some of their leather sandals, I guess....ha ha ha.

These are great and I get a lot of compliments on them. They are comfy but the negative heel thing takes some getting used to. It makes it a little bit like walking up a slight hill all the time. The foot bed is a little rough which I kind of like but if you have really sensitive feet, you might not like that. The only thing that really can annoy me is the same problem with most flip flop type shoes. if the bottoms of my feet sweat at all, it makes them uncomfortable and can chafe a bit. I just take them off for a few minutes and it solves it.

These shoes are not for 53 year old feet. I had to return them after one walk down the driveway. I felt like I was climbing uphill. To wear these shoes, I would have had to relearn how to walk. The "negative heel" caused me to come down on my heel with too much force and caused my back and legs to hurt.

the fit is wonderful like wearing a glove on your foot. I have not tried them up in the mountains but I do think that they will be wonderful.

I truly love this sandal and have had lots of compliments on it (including the purple color). It is a really comfortable shoe.
