Will never wear any thing but Merrell's. Had Plantar Fasclitis and buying Merrell clogs cleared it up. The orthotics didn't help a bit. Have had several pairs of thongs which are very comfortable. Also have had several pairs of clogs which I love also.

I bought the sandals to wear in a wedding they were absolutely adorable!! When I put them on I thought I was walking on air. They are the most comfortable sandal I have ever had on my feet. I suffer from plantar fasciitis, and these were just perfect. The arch support was amazing.

These shoes are the most comfortable shoes. They fit and wear forever. I have a problem with the balls of my feet and the only shoes that feel good are Merrell and i've tried a lot of other brands. I can wear them all day long and my feet do not hurt. I have been wearing them for years and own over 15 pairs and always get compliments on my sandals. I tell all my friends about them.

At first I was disappointed by the fit of the shoe particulary the right one. The piece between the toes was uncomfortable and irritating. However, since they arrived only 4 days before my trip, I was determined to make them work! I wore them day and night and by the time we left for our trip, they fit and felt perfect! I was looking for a walking shoe that was open for the heat in Venice and Greece and I wore these each day for a lot of walking. No problems and I will order another color for next spring. I took a last minute chance on this and was very pleasantly surprised.

This is an extremely comfortable and attractive sandal. I have it in 3 different colors and wear them almost exclusively during the summer. It provides excellent support and is very comfortable. I never feel as if I need to "change my shoes" during the day.
As I have found with any Merrell shoe, it does not require any breaking in at all; is as comfortable on the first day worn as a year later. I have nerve pain in my right foot that was not helped even by a prosthetic, but have no discomfort at all when wearing Merrell shoes - sandals or winter styles. You just can't go wrong with a Merrell shoe.

This is the first shoe i reach for every morning. It goes with everything i own. This is the 2nd generation of this design that i have owned. Bought the 1st pair at the beach last year. That pair is now my yard shoe. Had to go online to find the same style. So when i found them i bought 2 pair. One brown and one green. People are always complimenting me on my sandals. The best part is that you can throw them in the washing machine. Thanks

This is my first pair of Merrell's and i will be back for more. I have had three spinal surgeries and i need comfortable shoes. I love these. These are so comfortable and feel like you have nothing on your feet.

I love the Merrell Gardena and thought this would be a good style to try. What I did not like was the rough sole which, to me, looks worn in. The color combination of the Aqua shoe was tough on the eyes also. This could be due to my monitor though. I think the roughness would be more difficult to keep clean. I have purchased 12+ pairs in 3 years and this is the only pair I have ever returned.

I'm a 7.5, but the Merrell sandals which only come in full sizes seem to run big. I order them in 7s because 8 is too big. I ordered this in the reddish color, which was a beautiful shade. Unfortunately the overhang over the toes was too long, and bothered the top of my toes when I walked. Also the sandal felt on the narrow side, but would have probably stretched out if I had worn it more. But the sandal wasn't that attractive on my average to wide foot, and the annoyance on my toes was a con. I sent them back--but I know someone else with this sandal who loves them, so it's worth a try.

I have just about every painful foot problem you could name, and wear Merrells most of the time for their comfort, but I haven't had a lot of luck with their sandals in the past. This is the first one I've gotten that is both really comfortable and cute.

Supportive foot bed. I have custom orthotics for plantars fasciitis and these sandals provide needed support without the orthotics - one of few sandals that I can wear comfortably. I liked the previous style, Frond, better than this. The leather piece over the thong was a little stiff but has softened with wear.
Size - I normally wear size 9 but wear 8 in this sandal. I find that this is sometimes the case with other sandals but be aware of this when ordering. I also have a narrow foot and do not walk out of these.

I wear these sandals everywhere. In fact, I wore them while flying to Saipan last year, but didn't wear them back because my daughter begged me to leave them for her! Bought first pair last year while wintering in GA. This year bought two more pair while in GA. This sandle is the most comfortable sandle I have ever bought or worn. Last year, I tried the color white and enjoyed them so much I bought the khaki color in late fall. I could clean the white pair with water and clorox and they'd look like new the next day. There is no "breaking in" and you can wear them miles and miles from the start. Again, THE BEST sandle I've ever worn. I look forward to getting another pair in brown. The brown color will show less dirt as much as I wear the shoe in warm weather.

I find these shoes to be extremely comfortable and I feel very stable in them. I've worn similar styles for years. I only wish they came in half sizes, so I didn't have to buy up.

I handed the gift box to my wife, she put them on, loved them right away. Us living here in the tropics, she is going to wear them on a daily basis. She mentioned if I could get her the Taupe Gardenia thong style sandal also. Thanks for an excellent product.
